I am extremely happy and delighted to post a word of greeting in VHRC website.
Just before ascending into heaven, Jesus Christ entrusted a big task to his apostles. He said, “Go throughout the world and preach the Gospel” Mark 16 : 15
The message of Salvation reached to India , our motherland directly through St. Thomas , one of the apostles of Jesus. Unfortunately even after 2000 years, the Gospel message has not yet reached to about 60,000 villages in India . This sad reality should be an eye opener to every believer. Besides, we should be well aware of our duty to share Christ though all possible ways and means.

Pointing out the bitter fact that Jesus is a stranger to millions of people our late Holy Father John Paul II declared “Evangelization 2000'. Taking this great mission, in 1990, a prayer center named Vimala Hridaya was launched by the F.I.H (Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Heart) Congregation. By the grace of God and blessings of the Holy Spirit and through the joined effort of laymen of renewed faith, the Prayer Center , a small little paint before 15 years has now turned into a big tree of life. Today it is know as VIMALA HRIDAYA RETREAT CENTER .
It is a heart warming fact that day by day many are receiving inner relief, peace, physical and mental healing through this spiritual renewal center.
May God shower His innumerable blessings on all who are toiling for this great mission.
